Data deletion instructions

Overview

TakeNow Store respects your right to request deletion of your personal data. This page explains how to delete your account and what happens to your information.

Delete your TakeNow account

  1. Sign in to your account (or create one if you previously checked out as a guest using the same email).
  2. Go to Account → Profile.
  3. Scroll to the Privacy & data section and click Delete my account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm. You will be signed out immediately.

What we delete

  • Your account profile (name, phone, address, password)
  • Your shopping cart
  • Your ability to sign in with the deleted account

What we may retain

We may keep order records (including name, phone, and delivery details placed at checkout) where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. These records are unlinked from your account after deletion.

Meta / Facebook data

If you arrived via Facebook or Instagram ads, Meta may hold data collected through cookies or pixels. You can manage this in your Facebook settings:

Cannot access your account?

Email support@takenow.store with the subject "Data deletion request" and include the email and phone number used on your orders. We will verify your identity before processing the request.
