Delivery times

We aim to deliver every order as quickly as possible. Typical delivery windows are:

• Inside Dhaka: 2–5 business days after your order is confirmed
• Outside Dhaka: 3–7 business days after your order is confirmed

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or severe weather. We will contact you if there is an unexpected delay.

Packaging

Every item is carefully inspected before dispatch. Products are packed in protective materials to reduce damage in transit. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the package and product.

Order confirmation

After you place an order, our team may call to confirm your address and delivery details. Please answer so we can ship your order without delay.

Returns
