Our policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds at TakeNow Store.

3-day return window

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. Contact us as soon as possible — requests received after this window cannot be accepted.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp at +8801634686847 with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Valid reasons for return

  • Wrong item or size received
  • Product damaged or defective on arrival
  • Item significantly different from the listing
  • Missing items from your order

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with tags attached where applicable. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are arranged via mobile banking or another agreed method.

Order confirmation calls

We may call to confirm your order before dispatch. Please answer these calls so we can verify your address and avoid failed deliveries.

Refused delivery & blacklisting

If you repeatedly refuse delivery without a valid reason, or place orders you do not intend to accept, we may restrict or block future orders from your phone number or address. This helps us protect inventory and keep delivery costs fair for all customers.
