We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Pay when your order arrives at your doorstep — no online payment is required at checkout.

Inside Dhaka, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. Outside Dhaka, expect 3–7 business days. Times may vary during busy periods or bad weather.

Do you deliver outside Dhaka?

Yes. We deliver across Bangladesh. Delivery times and availability may vary by location. Enter your address at checkout to confirm we can reach you.

Will someone call to confirm my order?

Often, yes. Our team may call to verify your address and order details before shipping. Please answer so we can dispatch your parcel without delay.

Can I return or exchange an item?

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery if the item is wrong, damaged, or not as described. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

How do I start a return?

What if I refuse delivery?

Repeatedly refusing delivery without a valid reason may result in your phone number or address being blocked from future orders.

Do I need an account to shop?

No. You can checkout as a guest. If you create an account later with the same email used on a guest order, you can claim that order history from your account settings.

How can I track my order?
