  1. Customers must record a complete unboxing video when receiving the product from the delivery person.
  1. If any issue is found with the product, customers must contact TakeNow Store and provide the unboxing video as proof.
  1. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
  1. Once the reported issue is verified, the product will be exchanged within a maximum of 7 days.
